With over 20 successful transformation programmes across Higher Education, Local Government, Charities, Member Organisations, and the Commercial Sector, I bring deep experience in guiding senior leadership teams through high-stakes change. My work spans digital transformation, estate rationalisation, Target Operating Model design, and sustainability-led initiatives.
I specialise in aligning people, processes, and technology to create lasting impact—whether modernising operations, embedding new governance structures, or accelerating delivery when you have got stuck.
Alongside my consultancy work, I’m a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management, where I teach Project and Change Management to future leaders.
